A concept car with an impending future. The Edison2 won the Automotive X Prize for a consumer-friendly car that could run for at least 100 miles on a gallon of fuel. The car dubbed the “Very Light Car No. 98,” is built by a team of motor engineers based in Lynchburg, Va.
