Leeds Carnival The 45th Leeds Carnival was a true spectacle of colour and excitement. The pouring rain, wet damp conditions and the missing sunshine couldn’t dampen the spirits of the carnival troupes. The crowds came out as usual and descended on the park in Chapeltown and thousands gathered along the carnival route.
